Another ex-Amber Bullet member has passed away. R.I.P. 41-Yoichi

Amber Bullet consisted of three members when they disbanded back on April 17th 2011:
ELL (nowadays “L” in balalaika), 41-Yoichi and Hideto.

Hideto took a break from performing due to illness which lead to the bands decision to dissolve. Three years later (on June 18 2014) did Hideto pass away and the cause of it was never stated in the public. It might have been related to the sickness though.

While I was looking up information about Hideto’s death I just stumbled upon some very upsetting news. At first I though it was a mistake, but as I kept digging, it seems to be true. I found it on ViceVisual for instance, and several visual kei artists have shared the following tweet by mayou (Lustair, Verfe~gorl, aura hysterica):

Another ex-Amber Bullet member has passed away. R.I.P. 41-Yoichi
According to this did Amber Bullet’s guitarist 41-Yoichi pass away as well (on April 6th – a couple of weeks ago).
It seems to have been some kind of accident.

This is of course extremely sad and I wonder what “L” (as the only remaining ex-Amber Bullet member) is feeling now.

My condolences to 41-Yoichi family and friends.
Rest in peace. ❤

Welcome! This is not an actual news site but a personal blog, run by an ordinary person who loves visual kei. This is my space where I ventilate thoughts and values and shares happenings within the scene. My goal is to make information easy to access and to support artists and movements that I admire. Especially smaller bands that need an extra push in the djungle of major bands. English is not my native tounge so please condone my linguistic mistakes.
