The first sane comment about Avril’s music video.

There’s been a lot of buzz about Avril Lavigne’s latest video “Hello Kitty” and most of it concerns it being “racist”.

I found it all too stupid to comment, and finally here someone else making a statement. And he’s Japanese. ^^

Enjoy music and don’t be so eager to hate. And if you don’t like the music – or the video – that’s no reason for hating either. Just sayin’.

  1. Great comments about the video. Didn’t like the video very much but that is just an aesthetic judgment. Keep doing it Avril, I like you a bit more than before.

Welcome! This is not an actual news site but a personal blog, run by an ordinary person who loves visual kei. This is my space where I ventilate thoughts and values and shares happenings within the scene. My goal is to make information easy to access and to support artists and movements that I admire. Especially smaller bands that need an extra push in the djungle of major bands. English is not my native tounge so please condone my linguistic mistakes.
