This is a picture of the overseas tour t-shirt. Some people says it’s a typo and no real English. I don’t know what GazettE mean by this either.
I asked one of my American colleague’s who said that “rad” is a “lame slang for cool” from the 80s, coming from the word “radical”.
I doubt that Ruki knows any words like that? ^^ or?
