I always get emotional when reading interviews with Ruki. Maybe ’cause I find his thoughts so intelligent and profound, and somehow there’s always something sad over it all, even when it concerns something fun.
In this interview (translated into English), Ruki talks about passion, love, sadness, tears and his somewhat troublesome relation to his parents. A very open and genuine interview that I recommend everyone to read:
In the beginning of the interview, Ruki mentions a manga he has been reading that lately had brought him into tears. It’s called Sidooh and is considered to be mature manga, so it’s a warning.
