Finally. After a hard days work, me and Jocke headed to Haninge to see HITT live. I was so excited, ’cause it would be the first time for me seeing him perform.
It was extremely cold outside and we had to queue for almost an hour. While we were waiting, he suddenly appeared in a window and waved to us. Weeh, how often do that happen? But I’ve always wondered how often the musicians sneak up on their fans, just to get a peak before the concert.
When they let us in, me and Jocke were forbidden to enter, since they had a control with a breathalyzer that registered that we had been drinking alcohol. We only had a beer after work so I got pretty upset – and relieved when they finally let us pass with the words “If the cop shows up, you run, ok?” That’s the downside with concerts where the majority of the fans are underage…
Hitt writes his own music and play all instruments himself. I believe he originally was a bass-player but today his music is most characterized by his piano-playing. I think he’s amazing when it comes to compose beautiful melodies, that’s what I absolutely love about him. If you haven’t listened to HITT yet, I think you should do that.
We were allowed to take photos during the first two songs. Usually you’re not allowed to do that at all at jrock concerts. I also filmed some, but got soooo disappointing at home when I noticed that there was no sound!
Well, I did what I could with the material I had and you can watch it below. I chose to accompany the film with his song “I’m crazy for you”.
Please have a look!

The gig was organized by Nyanko Scandal Factory, so a big thanks to them!
